A Short Post

I thought I would make a short post today.  Even though I am not fully out of this depression, it feels good to be able to make this post, which I hope you will enjoy.  I will not be posting every day, but will try to post regularly.  Thank you so much for being here!  :)

A Long Road

Hello dear friends!  This depression that I have been experiencing is a very difficult one.  See, I was feeling better and then I go back to the down and sad feelings, and so it is a pretty long, not to mention rocky road!

Since I am a HSP (highly sensitive person), things tend to affect me on a deeper level, so it makes this so much more difficult.  I have been reading all your comments and I really appreciate you all so much, you cannot imagine just how much.  Although the weather doesn't usually play a part in my depression it seems like it has this year.  Yes, we are having milder temperatures and this week we have had no sunshine, mostly cloudy, dark and dull.  

Thank you all so much for your love, encouragement, support and prayers, it really means a lot to me. Love and hugs to you all.  Thank you for being there!

Still about the Same

Hello dear friends and readers!

I am still battling this depression, although I am a bit better than a month ago, I feel that I still have a long way to go.

I expected that I would lose some blog readers, and I want you all to know that those of you who are still with me....thank you!  I have read and appreciate all your comments, and it helps me a great deal to know that many of you have me in your prayers and thoughts, and that some of you know what I am going through, because you are either experiencing it at this time or have recently or in the past.  I find a little comfort in knowing that I am not alone.  I have experienced depression and have struggled with it for many years, but the magnitude of this one is really throwing me for a loop.  

I am still not up to blogging but thought I would make a post to keep you all updated and to be able to 'talk' about this.  

Thank you all so much, and once again, for being there, I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to me.
