I found some lovely photos of animals on the web that are what I call "unlikely" friends that I thought I would share here with you all. Animals are a great help and comfort to us in many ways, as well as great teachers. They love unconditionally, are able to live in the moment, don't hold grudges and ask for so little as compared to what they give to us...love, companionship, comfort, etc.
First photo is of a duck and a hippopotamus.
Next we have a giraffe and an ostrich...
Next we have another cat and another dolphin...
Finally, and last up for today's post we have a cat and a horse.

ReplyDeleteThe photos showing the animals being kind to each other are wonderful. I have a little dog that just loves his little kitty friend and yet will chase the neighbor cats out of the yard.
