Oh my gosh, I need to watch that trailer at bedtime. Soooo relaxing.
ReplyDeleteThat music is lovely!!! Nature is rather healing I think! Love your photos - as always!
ReplyDeleteGentle music, and your photos are lovely. Cheers from Jean
ReplyDeleteYes, nature is indeed therapeutic for me also. That's why I'm an avid hiker. Not only being in nature, but getting out and moving my body helps me mentally as well as physically.
ReplyDeleteI, too, love the sound of water running over rocks. It's one of the things that draws us to the Smoky Mountains so often. Your photos look so refreshing!
ReplyDeleteI love the nurturing effect of nature, too. I'm glad you have plenty of places to enjoy nature. :-)
ReplyDeleteNice photos, Linda!
ReplyDeleteMeren äänet ihanat ruhoittavat, hieno musikki.Kiitos Linda! ♥ ♥
ReplyDeleteLovely! Nature has power:)
ReplyDeleteI like how they've included the birds and waves with the harp. The water seems to be high and rushing by you very quickly.
ReplyDeleteThere's something addictive about watching the ocean. Your whole body takes in the experience. It must do wonders for the brain.
ReplyDeleteflott musikk og bilder som vanlig :-)
ReplyDeleteMe too. Nature is a wonderful healer!
ReplyDeleteThat video is very calming and very therapeutic :)
ReplyDeleteI admire you for being disciplined and getting outside to walk. It is probably difficult some days but still you persevere. Plus it gives us some beautiful pics to see after you post them. I love the ocean - - - don't like swimming in it but love, love, love to look at it and hear the waves. It never grows old.
ReplyDeletei hope these beautiful walks continue to provide you with the calm and comfort that you need, and thank you for always sharing the view with us. it's one of the highlights of my blog-reading =)

ReplyDeleteI think a walk is good for everyone. : ) It sure puts me in a happy mood every morning..
I'm with you on nature. i don't mind if it's near or far...there's always a benefit from experience it!
ReplyDeleteI walked with you, Linda, and listened to the birds too...

Lovely Linda! I like to see as the water runs free :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday.
A Kiss.
I definitely believe in the power of nature! I love the bright greens in your shots today, they're very cheering!
ReplyDeleteIt makes you relax.
ReplyDeleteGreetings,

I like the video Linda, lovely music.
ReplyDeleteLove the fact that there are lots of green spaces in Montreal.
The sun is very helpful with depression as is the relaxing music you share. I also am enjoying the green along with the others commenting.
ReplyDeleteLinda - your posts always bring a ray of sunshine. Nature really does help to chase away those blues. Walking outside just makes me always feel better. Someone once told me that if you walk long enough you walk right out of your worries. I am not sure they are right but it certainly helps. One thing for sure when I visit you here I am always lifted up! Take care and have a beautiful day.
