ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the humorous video and the eagle video. The one about the little boy didn't want to open for me. It happens sometimes. I think my internet is just too slow. Hope you're feeling better with each passing day.
ReplyDeleteThose ten things about depression speak to me. It's a condition I live with. I remember it at its absolute worst, and it's taken a lot of work with a therapist to find strategies to push back against it. I still have those sort of black dog days, but I'm not in the same place I was a couple of years ago.
