I like music from the twenties...there have recently been a number of Peter Whimsey and P.G. Wodehouse broadcasts on the BBC and I just love the opening themes from that period.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Linda, for your kind comment on the geese! And I thank you for all your wonderful photos and videos. Love the one of the bird pond - almost nothing cuter than a duck [or goose] waggling its tail-feathers. :)

I enjoy seeing birds in flight--good picture! And those reflections are lovely! I'm glad things are turning springlike where you are. It is getting more and more colorful each day here. :-)

ReplyDeleteYou're losing snow at the same pace as us.
ReplyDeleteI listen to a lot of different music, aside from hip hop, rap, and metal, I can find something in most genres to like.
The reflections and shadows on the snow are beautiful. Congratulations on capturing a shot of a bird in flight. Those can be tricky.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see the snow is melting in Montreal. Happy Monday!!! :)
ReplyDeletei agree, it's fascinating to listen to music from decades ago, and to imagine how they reflected popular culture and the people's lives in those times :) i love your photos, and the bird in flight looks well-captured and sharp. i'm glad to see the snow thawing in your photos and the glorious green hues emerging :D

ReplyDeleteGot another good laugh. I too like the music of the by gone years. I really enjoyed listening to Al Jolson and see all the pictures in the video. Your pictures you took are very nice. Have a blessed day. Madeline

GROS BISOUS D'ASIE
Hooray that spring is finally headed to the north! Great videos! :o)
ReplyDeleteI also like vintage music. At an estate sale a while back there were several CDs of music from Word War II and I bought some. I looked at the Hobbit Hole – what a great little place! I wish we had one like that – it would be perfect when we are expecting a tornado.
