I have already begun my Spring cleaning. I started on Tuesday. I prefer to do it when the weather is colder, if I wait until the weather is warmer, it is not a good thing, as my arthritis causes me more pain in the hotter and more humid weather than it does in cooler temperatures. As well, when the weather gets milder (but not overly hot and humid), this is when I love to take my long walks. I love to clean and organize, so I am enjoying this project very much. ReplyDeleteWell, I have had a good laugh, learned about snails, learned how good hugs can be good for you (I am a big hugger btw), listened to relaxing music and watched coral under the ocean and read some very wise words. Another amazing post Linda. Now I need to do some spring cleaning but I need to get a good night's sleep first. Sweet dreams my friend :)

ReplyDeleteYes, spread the love, be kind and generous within one's means. I just stopped by a gas station, gave a RM2 tip to the petrol pump attendant. Hope it makes his day but it sure does mine - not much but it makes me feel good.

ReplyDeleteGood morning,dear Linda! I appreciated the videos with footage of the snail and the coral accompanied by gentle music. A bed of pure, tasteful music juxtaposed with scenes such as these allows us to see the true beauty and dignity that all living creatures possess as they go about their daily business of survival... sometimes at a snail's pace. The hug train is a good concept but we need to remember that a hug can easily be taken out of context. Some people and many animals regard a hug as an assault, an attempt to trap or capture. In today's world, a hug should be given by invitation only.

ReplyDeleteIn two weeks my family will be in their own apartment and I plan to Spring clean every nook and cranny of my place. I have read a few blogs and Spring cleaning seems to be active right now. :) Positive thoughts spoke to me today as did healing hugs.
