I have just read through yours and looked at the videos.... wow... they must have taken some time to source! Some of the quotes are so very true.. and the videos very helpful as I'm currently trying to learn the art of relaxation... it's not easy! LOL! The quote 'when nothing is sure, everything is possible' - I should try to listen to - as I'm so very scared of the unknown! Beautiful spring images too.. our garden is sprouting with all sorts of buds... an exciting time!
