Thursday Therapy and a New Poll
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! I have created a new poll, which you will find at the top right column of my blog. I am asking you all what your favourite decade(s) is/are. You can choose more than one decade, I have allowed this option in the poll...I just edited this to make it clear. Thank you so much for taking the time to vote! :) The videos I have chosen for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Time Lapse: Mesmerizing "Stormscapes" Dominate Skies
Dog Alerts Police Officer, Helps Save Owner's Life
Drone Footage of Amazing Islands in Kagoshima, Japan 4K (Ultra HD)
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. You don't always have to be strong. You don't always have to fight off those tears. Sometimes it's good to let them flow and let it go. All your holding back can just keep building it all up. It's alright not to have it all figured out yet. Give it time to unfold.
Whether it's the best of times or worse of times, it's the only time you have. Look for the good in each day. Focus on growth, purpose, peace, love and gratitude.
I don't usually like to leave links on blogs but the dog video reminds me of if cat's were named Lassie. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/7951736812988356/
Merci beaucoup de ton passage et ton petit mot sur mon blog ça fait très plaisir... En plus venant du Canada je me réjouis.. J'aime tant ton beau pays.. Un jour peut-être que je pourrai m'y rendre... Biz Christel http://toilesetfils.blogspot.com
Ooohh, now that is a seriously hard one for me to answer (re: your fun poll). I love the 1940s and 50s equally, with the precise years of 1947 - 1957 being my all-time favourite from a fashion standpoint. I went with the 50s in the end, but only because I couldn't select both. :)
Big hugs & cheerful Thursday wishes to you, dear Linda! ♥ Jessica
Hi Jessica, thank you so much for your visit and comment, and for voting in my poll! You can select more than one decade in this poll, I have allowed this option because some people do like more than one decade. Thanks so much again, and I hope this helps. :)
Good morning Linda. What a day. " There is nothing in this world that can trouble you as much as your own thoughts." You are totally correct on that one and other one, " Maturity doesn't mean age. It means sensitivity, manners and your attitude toward others.", I love the most. Have an enjoyable Thursday my friend. See ya.
Inspiring thoughts to start the day right:) Trying to make sense of the crazy is my fave. Thanks for dropping by my blog today and leaving a sweet comment, totally appreciate it:)
Linda, wow the stormscapes are amazing. Storms don't frighten me much, as I know God is near. The waves video caught my eye too, as husband and son are surfers. Isn't it strange how some people have a hard time saying "I'm sorry?" I don't understand it at all. I love the crazy quote and the kindness quote. I will vote here before I leave....I've always been drawn to the 50's, such a fun decade, and I have a fascination with the pioneer days when women lived on the prairie.
Wow! That drone footage is gorgeous! I also really enjoyed the "Trying to make sense" quote, the quote itself and the image. Very nice :) Thanks Linda!
That bit about the dogs really got to me. We had a Golden Retriever like that! I still miss her so much! And that storm...looks like the skies we encountered on our recent trip to Amelia Island (slide show on L & L Photography)... Have a great weekend!
I really enjoyed that Kagoshima, Japan drone footage. I have been to Kagoshima before but not that particular island...so beautiful and amazing!. I also like the stormy cloud ...great background music too. Thanks for the many encouraging quotes.
Please do not be shy! I appreciate your kind comments, they are sweet treasures and really make my day! Spammers, do not waste your time, I delete your comments and they do not even show on my blog. Comment moderation is enabled. I do hope that Blogger's changes in the way of proving that you are not a robot do not deter you from commenting! Thank you so much! If you have Google+ and are only allowing Google+ users to comment on your blog, I do not have, nor do I want it. And if you use DISQUS for accepting comments on your blog I don't have that, either, nor do I want it. Thanks!
