Monday Melody and a New Poll!
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! I have added a new poll, which you will find at the upper right hand column of my blog. Just asking if you prefer to take a shower or a bath. Thank you all so much for taking the time to vote in my polls. I really appreciate it! The videos I have chosen for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Easy Nail Art for Beginners!

For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Do not educate your children to be rich. Educate them to be happy. So when they grow up they will know the value of things, not the price.
If you're suffering from a bad case of grumpiness, the best cure is love. Make a call, exchange a text, snag a hug. If it doesn't work, increase the dosage.
The fact that millions of school children require medication on a daily basis so they can more easily assimilate into the culture of public schooling does not mean these children are damaged. It means something is very wrong with the whole idea of schooling.
gorgeous nail art in the video ... i like vibrant colours and the intricate patterns! though i must confess, i don't know anyone personally who has nail art on their hands :)
Victor Borgia took me back some :-) he was so funny. That was a cool cat house, I might try this, would need waterproofing though for our outdoor cat. We failed in trying to make a fancy and cute bird house, these are neat. And last but not least love the quotes but 'the it was me' rates number one today :-)
I've been "working" on a birdhouse. Well, actually, I've been thinking about working on a birdhouse. The video gave me some more ideas to think about! ;)
Wonderful thoughts and quotations, Linda, as always! This time I liked especially the ones that point out the difference between the value and the price and the difference between being alone and being lonely, both my favourite topics. Have a lovely week!
Good morning, dear Linda! I'm surprised there's anyone left on earth who doesn't recognize that wacky prankster cop. I was amazed to watch that cat house come together made with egg cartons. The kitty looks very comfortable inside it. Victor Borge was one of the familiar faces of my childhood years. "The Clown Prince of Denmark" appeared on Ed Sullivan, Kraft Music Hall, What's My Line and other programs that I watched. My father and I once constructed a deluxe bird house and erected it atop a pole in the back yard. It was designed to attract purple martins but the only residents were common sparrows.
Well, it's voting day and I hope that Harper is gone for good. Sorry for some political words from me. Have a beautiful Monday Linda and get out to vote. See ya.
Although this quote is hard to live by... I totally agree with it Linda 'Sometimes in the winds of change we find our true direction' ... Happy Monday xox
Linda, that squirrel with the pumpkin made me chuckle. Lately, I've been hearing about squirrels making a mess with the pumpkins. I guess they like to eat them! I loved the BEAUTIFUL quote, and the "kind and gentle spirit" one made me smile.
Haha, oh my god, the squirrel and the pumpkin!!! :o))))) Thanks for the laugh and all the inspiration! Lots of hugs, Traude http://rostrose.blogspot.co.at/2015/10/herbstliche-tone-und-gewonnenes.html
Thanks for all the thoughtful posters, Linda. I spend most of my days alone, so many are relevant. I heard a knock on the back door just now, it was a Steller's Jay politely reminding me to put some seed out. He could join the squirrel as a couple of my more rascally visitors.
Thanks for sharing these great quotes! I love the one about the truly rich man! Have a great week and thanks for your sweet comments on my blog! Feel free to visit and follow! Many thanks!
There is nothing here that I did not enjoy! I love the egg house cat hotel! So cute. Now I need to do some major baking to buy those 5 dozen eggs at the grocery store LOL! You have given me so many smiles toay. Thank you, I really needed them.
Please do not be shy! I appreciate your kind comments, they are sweet treasures and really make my day! Spammers, do not waste your time, I delete your comments and they do not even show on my blog. I often admire painted nails, but can't maintain them myself. Even if done professionally I seem to have them chipped within hours of a salon visit.
