Great doubt...who am I? Why am I here? What's the point? How do I get out of this?
Great faith...I'm here for a reason. I trust that I can learn and grow. I trust that other people are worth the struggle. I know that every situation is workable.
Great determination...I'm willing to keep going. I choose to stay. I surrender to what is. - Margaret Wheatley
Talking about people doing mean things, so sad about what happened in Paris. God, forgive them for they know not what they're doing and for those whose lives were lost, rest in peace.
Hi Linda...that would be scary to have your food tray grabbed like that! But another great "gags" video! And my cat has decided she wants to move to the Greek Islands. Thanks a lot! :) I'll bet you get lots of silent "loves" today!
Dear Linda, oh this Greek cats look very well fed and healthy. When I was in Greece for more than 20 years ago, the cats looked half starved all ... Today is my favorite quote from Margaret Wheatley. Thank you very much for your wonderful inspiration! Lots of hugs, my dear, Traude ჱܓჱܓჱܓჱܓჱܓჱܓ
Thank you for the wonderful post, Linda. In days like this, the message of love and peace is more important than ever. The quotation about people finding time was very meaningful as well. I wrote it down. :) Have a lovely weekend! xx
Enjoyed the gag...those poor innocent people were sure surprised! One Youtube channel I've really enjoyed is Studio C. They do sketches with a regular cast rather than pranks on civilians; some episodes are better than others, but still, I think they're pretty good. You might enjoy them. One of my favorite of their sketches is Grandparent's Little Secret. Take care, God bless, and have a beautiful weekend.
So, today the Welsh dance video caught my attention most - it reminds me of the Virginia Reel, and "americanized" (I'll guess now) version. Very similiar! Delightfully interesting!
It's so unfortunate that we have to sometimes fight to gain peace. I like the quote about silently giving love to people as a form of blessing. What goes around comes around.
That quote about finding peace without so much fighting...incredibly appropriate for the recent tragic events in Paris. Oh how can human beings commit such horrific acts against their own kind? Is totally beyond my comprehension. I am deeply saddened.
Yes...those people need to take note of that beautiful quote about giving love and blessings to everyone as we go through our day. Love is the only cure for all these atrocities...
