Wonder Filled Wednesday
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gags/Juste pour Rire
Geraldine Oliver - Nimm Dir Einmal Zeit
Raccoon Takes a Bath
White Winter Hymnal - Effusion a Capella
(this is a very talented singing group based right here in Montreal! They also travel across Canada and the U.S. to do performances)
A Guided Tour of Cardiff
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Earth was created for all of us, not some of us. - Anthony Williams
For those of you who love Princess Sassy Pants, there is a book coming out soon by Princess and the Pup! I will share more about this soon. Stay tuned!
I'm not perfect. I make mistakes. And I appreciate those who stay with me after knowing who I truly am.
I appreciate people who are honest in a warmly direct way. There's less hurt, stress and surprise battles to be fought. And more communication, understanding and peace of mind.
That fake pepper spray gag worked well judging from the horrified expressions on the faces of those duped mall rats. I must tell you that I am enjoying the German entertainers you've been posting. It's fun and exciting to listen to songs sung in a foreign language. I never saw a raccoon tame enough to become a pet and be handled and bathed. He behaved like a typical dog and kept trying to escape. I wonder if he will roll in poop first chance he gets to cover up the shampoo smell. :) I thoroughly enjoyed the a Capella vocal group White Winter Hymnal and can understand why they are popular in your region. Mrs. Shady and I have discussed traveling abroad and visiting Wales. Thanks for the Cardiff tour!
Hello Linda, ADORABLE....really find that your blog is a friendly place to visit. It's fresh, and cute. I adore your Inspirational quotes about life and I am FOND OF the GIRLY illustrations. An universe that I love!! Thank you! for sharing! ;-))
Cardiff!!! I was selected to go there for further studies for two years, sponsored by our government...but I had to turn it down then as my girl was still too small. Missed opportunity! I did get to go to Plymouth in the UK later though, a short course for 3 months, also government sponsored. That was really great!
I agree with you that " White Winter Hymnal - Effusion a Capella " sounds wonderful. I wonder how they sound with Christmas songs? Have a wonderful Wednesday Linda. See ya.
I loved the a capella group... the German music notsomuch (sorry!). Did you get the program La Chance aux Chansons in Quebec? It was an old French singing show similar to the German one you showed. I always found it oddly fascinating, especially the host.
Bwahahahahahahaha on the pepper spray. When that came out we had a training day on the use and application. We had to experience the effects. That's some powerful stuff that takes most folks out with just a drop or two.
I'm not so sure the racoon liked that bath. So cute though.
Giving a raccoon a bath looks like a major project. It was obvious he didn't really care for the process, but it was equally obvious that his human was determined.
