Friday's Post
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have chosen for this post are: Siamese Cats at Shower Time
Fun Crayon Melting Art Tutorial
Gotcha the Cockatoo is Very Upset that Grandpa Steve Left!
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. In Ancient Egypt, cats were considered Gods. Cats have not forgotten this. :)
In the woods too, a man casts off his years, as the snake his slough, and at what period soever of life, is always a child. In the woods, is perpetual youth. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
See things as they are, but don't let it block your view of seeing things as you want them to be. Aim your thoughts and vision at where you want to go.
The capital city of the Malaysian state where I live, Sarawak, is named Kuching meaning cat, in our Malay language. So you will see lots of cat statues there, everywhere and there is even a Cat Museum!
Hahaha, you cracked me up with the cat graphic. The one that says cats were considered Gods in ancient Egypt. Such a great quote and a great photo to go with it. Happy Friday and Happy weekend, Linda.
That video of the cats stressing over their human's shower was interesting. Talk about separation anxiety! And the poster from "Enchanting Minds" was a perfect follow-up to that.
The Siamese cats are too funny! My cat (Cleopatra) feels differently. We have a walk-in shower and she'll sometimes walk in with the water running, but then backs out when she gets wet. When I'm done, though, she comes and sits on the wet floor. Crazy cat!
I've had so much fun with those Siamese cats which didn't want to stay out of the shower, they truly suffered, and that Cockatoo ...He's really far too upset !!! Then I saw that so nice cat with his hat which opens the quotes ... animals are wonderful, aren't they, especially when they become members of our family !
Have a happy afternoon, darling, and may your weekend be blessed with joy, my marvelous Linda sending love to you, with so much thankfulness Dany
Hi Linda. Be happy! Be bright! Be you! I'm leaving soon for our hotel and tomorrow my flight to Miami and to get on the Carnival Breeze. Horray!See you my friend.
Coucou Linda, j'espère que tu vas bien ? J'adore l'affiche du chat avec le bonnet de Noël, elle est excellente ! Et ces chats Siamois sont vraiment sublimes. Je te souhaite une excellente année 2016 :)
