For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. The best things in life are free. And it is important never to lose sight of that. So look around you. Whenever you see friendship, loyalty, laughter and love...there is your treasure. - Neale Donald Walsch
Difference between giving up and letting go: giving up reduces your life. Letting go expands it. Giving up is imprisoning. Letting go is freeing. Giving up is self-defeat. Letting go is self-care. Letting go is releasing what no longer serves you.
Hello, Linda! Every time I visit your blog, I admire your great talent for finding wonderful quotes. This time my favourite is "If only our eyes saw souls instead of bodies...". The "Meanwhile in Canada" images are always great. Have a lovely weekend! xx
Oh WOW, Linda..."If only our eyes saw souls instead of bodies, how different would our ideals of beauty be"...that one really blew me away...it touched me soul-deep!:))
Hello Linda, I loved Sonny and Cher. Wonderful memories of watching them years ago. You have shared some wonderful clips and of course, quotes. Have a lovely weekend.
Hi Linda, I really like this - it is up to us to take the broken pieces of our lives, and ourself, and build something beautiful out of it all. We will be a happier people by doing so.
Dear Linda, thanks to you, I know a little bit now about HSP, which I had never heard of. It certainly makes sense to me and I see that I have many of the traits. Thank you for introducing me to the concept.
Hi, Linda! Your quote about what our eyes see is so fabulous! When I was younger, I worked with retirees. Always, I could see how beautiful they were, and if I said they were cute or pretty, they did not know how to react - if only we could see inside instead of what we think we want to see, or what we see externally! Thanks for sharing! (I also like the quote about picking up the broken pieces of our lives). Of course, I always like all your sentiments and quotes. Hope you are staying warm! hugs, de
