It seems that a medication I was taking for depression caused a lot of problems for me in the fact that it made me nervous, irritable and I was pacing, just totally not like myself at all! The doctor has discontinued this medication and slowly I am starting to come back to myself...and when I saw slowly, I mean very slowly. I still don't have my appetite for food back as yet and have been forcing myself to eat small quantities of food as I can, but it is definitely no fun to have to force myself, as you can all imagine. The posts you are seeing are ones that I did in advance and I am happy that you are all enjoying them. Healing on my end right now is quite slow, so I thank you all once again for your prayers, support, encouragement and love. Thank you so much for sticking with me! I really appreciate it.
The videos I have chosen for this post are:
Mr. Bean - Counting Sheep
Beyond Blue - 4K Mexico Reef - This is a relaxation video, and it is 1 hour in length. Perhaps you can listen to this before going to sleep. It is beautiful!
Spring 4K (Ultra HD)
Kitty Cat Olympics - Furball Fables
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

ReplyDeleteHi Linda, I'm sorry you've been feeling so poorly and hope you will get better soon. I recommend watching as many funny movies as possible (it really does help to lift mood). Here is an article written by an M.D. about how to deal with depression without pills. Maybe there is something in there to help you.
