Monday Cheer
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have chosen for this post are: Butter Life Hack
Hedgehog gets Saved from being Strangled
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Hang on...sometimes you have to walk through a few thunderstorms before you reach your rainbow.
Don't allow one person to tear you down, don't allow one person to ruin your day, don't allow one person to hurt you. Allow that one person to make you stronger as in the end it's how you choose to respond that counts.
Hello my dear and sweet Linda, it is so good to be here visiting with you! It seems as if it has been forever long. I have missed your posts as they are always filled with inspiring and uplifting quotes. That butter video was quite amazing and that precious little hedge hog was adorable. I love seeing the animal videos, especially when all goes well and they survive mishaps.
I trust you had a beautiful Easter? Much love to you~~ Debbie
Una gran suerte para el pobre erizo que lograsen liberar de la red que lo estrangulaba. Y eso de la unión hace la fuerza es una gran verdad y si todos remaríamos juntos llegaríamos a un mondo mejor.
I laughed out loud at the butter hack! I've done that so many times and the bread ends up so messy and ugly you don't want to eat it! As for hedgehogs, we found one underneath our deck a few years ago - dead. Don't know what happened. I'd never seen one in the neighborhood.
Hi Linda, thank you very much for visiting my blog and taking the time to leave a lovely comment. Sweet little hedgehog, so glad he had a happy ending. The butter tip was very good too and I always enjoy life's wise little reminders. Thank you Linda and have a great week :)
Happy Monday Linda, thank you for dropping by my blog and leaving such a sweet comment... I like the the quote - Hang on...sometimes you have to walk through a few thunderstorms before you reach your rainbow.... although I do wonder how many thunderstorms we have to walk through ... xox
I can't tell you how happy I am to hear that you are on the mend! Dearest Linda...you have been in my thoughts all through these dark days. So often I felt tempted to e-mail you, but then thought you may just want a break from everything. Believe me, I know exactly how that feels.
Such a beautiful post...and that beautiful little hedgehog...oh so heart-warming...really touched my heart!:)
I do so hope you have had a good Easter, my dear friend...and wishing you many happy times ahead.
Hello Linda. You've shared some wise and lovely thoughts with us. I'm so glad the hedgehog was rescued. If only people weren't so careless and left these hazards for wildlife.
bonsoir Linda je te laisse un petit panier virtuel plein de petits oeufs de Pâques, au chocolate, pour que les journees te soient douces et agreables! bisous Angie
Hi, Linda! I was reading through your posts last night, and the internet went down. Argh! Neat butter trick. I have a slightly different approach. I whip together canola oil and butter (3 parts oil to 4 parts butter) and keep the mixture in a dish in the fridge. It's soft in the fridge, but will melt if left outside the fridge for too long. I have done this for decades. You can use olive oil instead, but it changes the butter flavor so I use canola.
Poor little hedgehog! Sometimes people don't think or realize the common dangers for wildlife. I've been cutting up plastic rings religiously since the Calgary duck raised the alarm quite a few years ago.
I hope that you are enjoying your weekend! Hugs to you, my special friend!
Please do not be shy! I appreciate your kind comments, they are sweet treasures and really make my day! Spammers, do not waste your time, I delete your comments and they do not even show on my blog.
