Monday Sunshine
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: This is Mind-Blowing What These Birds Do
Ac-Cent-tu-ate the Positive - The Boyer Family Singers
I Love Lucy English Pronunciation
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Although I have no idea what tomorrow will bring, I'm going to think positively and hope for the best.
Hi Linda--laughed at that I Love Lucy video--makes one realize just how tough our language can be! And crows---wow--very smart! We have a pair making a nest right next to my veg garden. I'm thrilled. You should hear them "talk" all morning......like they're having whole conversations. Have a great week
Oh, my wonderful Linda, it's always such a blessing to begin my week with your so nice and cheerful videos, I so love them all ! Hope your week is off to a great start, I wish you most wonderful days to come, with much gratitude
Crows are very smart indeed. We were bike riding in Shark Valley in the Everglades one day and stopped at some benches for a break. There were a number of bikes standing across a road. I saw a crow fly down, land on a bike seat, bend over and open a zippered bag with its beak, pull out a package of potato chips, and then fly away. In fact, I have a photo of that somewhere! Love Lucy, too. Always did!
Thank you for visiting me and leaving a kind comment about my post on Prince. I am now following you. Always good to try to think positively, it does no harm, a lovely post by you. x
Haha I really like the "I Love Lucy" video...yes, language isn't the easiest thing in the world to grasp, is it? I remember watching those shows when I was little and they always made me laugh.:) Great quotes, as always, Linda. Such a pleasure to visit!
That is some very smart birds. Enjoyed the music video and I always get a laugh from a Lucy video. Great quotes. Have a blessed day and a wonderful week. Madeline
I never saw such a bird, really so intelligent, to get the nut cracked and even crossing the street, it was amazing! I tend to believe people are good, but some showed really horrible faces :( And yes, I agree, not what we have that makes us happy, but how much we enjoyed! Have a very nice week ahead! There's a crow that hangs around my house and I consider him a pet. We've named him Poe because "The Raven" just sounded weird. He is full of personality and clever with any found "tool" (sticks, etc.). Sometimes, he'll pace on the sidewalk looking for a handout. And he always gets one. ;-)
Hello! Thank you for visiting my little blog! I followed you right back here and am so glad I did! I love your background as well. Have a lovely evening. : )
Crows are fascinating in so many ways. How clever these were to figure out how to crack nuts by dropping them at a crosswalk! The Lucy video is great. It's no wonder the English language is challenging to those to whom it's not their first language.
LOL! Love the "conversation" among the reindeer near the trampoline. Too funny! Linda, thank you for your recent comment on my blog - I was going to respond privately, but did not have your email address. Please know you have deeply touched my life thru your beautiful blog, and very kind comments. love, de
