Weekend Solace and a New Poll!
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! I have added a new poll, which you will find on the upper right hand column of my blog, right under the translator! Please feel free to respond to it, and your votes are anonymous, even to me. Thank you so much for participating in this poll, it will help me to know what you like and I will do my best to post more of what you all enjoy! :) My posts will publish on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Thank you all so much for your support! The videos I have selected for this post are: Depressed Pitbull Refuses to Move for Days Until 7 Year Old Boy Arrives
Sabai Sabai - Toronto, Canada
Boyer Family Singers with the Merchants of Cool Big Band (I just discovered the Boyer Sisters recently, and perhaps some of you may be familiar with them and some of you may not, so I thought I would share this video with you. I find them to be great singers and entertainers, and I absolutely love their outfits! Enjoy! :)
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Put it all in perspective.
Be like a mother to your emotions, be available for them, be there for them, gently make space for them to go through whatever they need to go through without judgement and with love.
It's okay to be feeling whatever you are feeling right now. You are here to be feeling exactly what you are feeling this very moment without judging yourself for it.
Great videos. I especially like the music one. They reminded me so much of the Andrew Sisters. Great quotes. Have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend. Madeline
Great post today Linda, I just love the painting Candy Waters has done. Such happy colors. Thank you for visiting. Happy you enjoyed the red roses. blessings, Penny
Oh I really really like that first video, maybe I am facing a pet issue right now, my Papillon was house trained since he was a puppy, he is 2 and a half now, just about 4 weeks ago, he starting to pee at different spot in the house, we couldn't figure out the problem, took him to the doctor this morning and eliminated health issue, so today we have to put in the a confine area unless I have time to watch him, that just makes me feel very very sad, maybe I really need to have more patience with Papi.
The pit bull story is sweet. I love Thai food and now have learned a new saying, Sabai Sabai ~ which means ~ state of tranquility, very comfortable or really relaxed.
Thank you for visiting my blog ~ Have a nice weekend ~ FlowerLady
