ReplyDeleteHello, Linda! I hope you enjoyed a week of personal joy. Your messages always touch my heart. Sometimes, I need someone to say, "it's ok that you are happy as things are right now." So many of my friends are tied up into feeling guilty about a number of things that aren't really their faults at all, but the imposition of others demanding more than my friends can give!
ReplyDeleteYour Andy Griffith video linked to an interesting Nat Geo 44 minute segment on the misunderstood sharks flourishing around Sable Island. VERY interesting, and an evolution in progress.
Like many of today's reminders, I often have to say, "this, too, shall pass" when the pain is unbearable. Oddly, it is bearable, and it surprises me how much more I can tolerate with each exacerbation, although it is tiring, and sometimes I wonder if I'm going to be able to get up to reach the powder room. And then other times, such as this week, it is just a little pain (in contrast to the bad days), and I am able to do so much more. I am grateful for the tiniest of things I can do around the house, even if it seems to be nothing to the average person.
So thank you, my Canadian friend, for always inspiring me. I may not always leave comments, but ALWAYS, your posts write comments upon my heart.

ReplyDeleteI got such a laugh out of the Cat Olympics ~ I guess I'm going through Olympics withdrawal, Linda! I needed a good laugh because I've been busy with political volunteering work for an event a few of us have put together for Saturday morning. It looks like it's going to be pretty successful. The Reitman's commercials are really funny ~ I don't remember them on tv, so maybe they aired in Canada after I emigrated to the USA. And I love the kitty art that follows inspiration quote after inspiration quote. I hope you are having a good week, Linda! Sending you a big hug and lots of love!
