Weekend Romp and Happy Easter!
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! Happy Easter to each and every one of you! I am experiencing a bout with labyrinthitis at this time. I would very much appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Thank you so much. Warm hugs and love to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: English Country Garden - Jimmie Rodgers
Foggy Mountain Breakdown - Willow Osborne
One Smart Thirsty Bird
Parrot Asks Owner, "Really?"
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Happiness is balance between your mind and your heart. - Kaninho
The one thing that you have that nobody else has is YOU. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write, draw, build, play, dance and live only as YOU can.
Be grateful and embrace the lessons before you, life is wonderful in so many ways...it's not what life brings to you, it's the attitude you bring to life.
Such wonderful post, as always, dearest Linda. The English Country Garden video cheers me up this morning - we had -9 C when I got up. Banjo is perhaps not my favourite instrument, but the young woman is incredibly talented... and pretty.
I like the one about being "unique." I've been called lots of things, and some of them were less than complimentary but those I like to think relate to my "uniqueness." :))
So sorry to hear about your labyrinthitis. I wasn't sure what that was so had to look it up and then I realized how debilitating it is. It must be painful, affect your balance, etc. I'm sure you're being treated by a doctor as that's the good thing, it can be treated. Just take good care of yourself, and I hope you're back to 100% very soon!
Hello Linda! Wonderful videos. I always enjoy the bird videos. The quotes and words and so true! Happy Friday! Enjoy your day! Happy Easter to you and your family.
Hello linda Thank you for your nice message on my blog. Your movies here are great again, even though I can not dance with the music in the second movie because of my back. The gardens are truly beautiful. The movies with the animals are all very nice to see. I wish you a very beautiful Easter weekend. Greetings, Helma
Hi Linda, I am praying that you be well very soon! Wishing you a lovely Easter weekend. I appreciate you! Great collection - especially loved those silly birds!! Thank you, Linda.
Hi Linda, I am so sorry you are not doing well at this time. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Wonderful videos, I love all the bird video's. Have a wonderful Easter. Robin
Linda, Sorry to hear about your bout with labyrinthitis. I had to look it up to find out what it was. The effects/symptoms aren't any fun, that's for sure... I hope that you get well soon!
Love the English country gardens. I was reminded about hollyhocks, something that my grandmother used to have in her garden. We had a hollyhock show up unexpectedly in our garden when we lived in Chicago. We loved it!
Foggy Mountain Breakdown by Willow Osborne is the type of music that's very popular down here in East Tennessee. Nice rendition! Loved that very smart cockatoo too! Why fly around looking for a drink when an obliging human can serve you?! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Wow what wonderful videos enjoyed them especially the English garden one and that girl playing the banjo. Great quotes. Have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend. Hope you are feeling better. Madeline
Happy Easter Linda, Enjoyed the English Garden but even more Willow Osborne's finger picking style. Not my usual music so surprised and delighted to like two other videos from that link- the other highlight being Mean Mary singing Iron Horse. I normally take pouring honey for a sore throat. Not the same thing but any excuse to take some is never wasted.
I loved all the videos today, Linda. Still smiling over that last one. And I'm a huge fan of Jimmy Rodgers, so the English Garden video was really special.
What an amazingly talented lady that banjo player is! I loved seeing all the flowers too, even though Summer still seems quite far away here. Wishing you and yours a very Happy Easter. Xx

Hi Linda! You have my prayers my friend. That can be so debilitating! I hope it's not a severe case, and that you will be back to normal soon.

Happy Easter to you and yours too. May God touch you with his healing and joyful presence, Ceil
Oh Linda! I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with labyrinthitis. I had it once, and it is awful. Vertigo is so unpleasant and scary. I was afraid that I had a brain tumor or something dreadful. My doctor was surprised when I showed up with my husband in tow sure that I was going to hear bad news. What a relief it was to find out that I had an inner ear infection following a cold. He gave me some slow gentle exercises to do and an over-the-counter medication (Meclizine HCI) for motion sickness. It cleared up in a few days. But the experience was so miserable that I keep the Meclizine on hand in my medicine cabinet. Fortunately I haven't had it again. Sending you a big hug and a prayer for a quick recovery!
