Weekend Lineup
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: Old and Sick Dogs Find Love at this Dog Hospice
Laughing Babies to Lift Your Spirits - Sharing with Shari
Man Finds a Family Treasure Hidden Behind Walls of a Construction Site
A Dog Kept Wandering into a Stranger's Home for a Nap, Then This Note was Found on His Collar :)
Gheorge Zamfir - Stranger on the Shore (Wonderful Earth)
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Often you think when you're rejected that you are not good enough, but the truth is they weren't ready for all you had to offer. Shine your light brightly.
Hi Linda I enjoyed the dog who went to a stranger's house video, it made me laugh. The man who finds a family treasure was a nice rewarding video. My favorite quote was If I could do it before, I can do it again. It's so true. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and thank you for this post, it's so uplifting.
Hi, Linda! I think your goodies today were meant just for me! (smiling). I've been struggling with a business relationship, trying to do what is best for all parties involved, and have just about decided that I want to move on, but don't want to cause any hurt feelings in the process. Thank you for the inspiration and encouragement - and always - the loving support you offer all of us! xx
I've never heard of a dog hospice before. What a great idea! I think one way to find out what real love is all about is to have a loving pet. And little kids laughing is one of the most contagious bits of joy in the world! Thanks for another fine post and I hope your weekend is full of love and joy and peace!
Linda, The dog hospice story is very sweet. I don't know how people who work with an animal (or people) hospice handle the constant feeling of loss or sadness. The feeling of helping is a plus but it takes a remarkable person to handle the downside of a hospice.
Laughing babies are a hoot...that's for sure! Also love the story about the dog stopping by for a nap...
I've read a few stories about a cat or dog that go elsewhere to get some sleep or a meal, then go back home again. How wonderful that the neighbor is confident enough to simply allow the dog to wander in and out.
Ha ha ' If I could do it before, I can do it again ' Tell my husband this, he keeps reminding me that I am not as young as I used to be!!!! Once again thanks so much for the Raphael Vavasseur Art, he is a genius, and he is French which makes him tops in my book :-) You always manage to make me smile, thanks Linda. Have a fabulous weekend Diane
Wonderful Earth video had some great images. I've never been that keen on rapidly played pan pipes sliding up and down at speed but that was very nice- more like a clarinet or oboe solo.
Awesome post Linda, always enjoy those videos and then it is a treat to read those wise words that always make you think, and see those pretty illustrations. Thank you my friend and have a great day :)

Hello Dear Linda, lovely to catch up with you again. The first video really got to me, what an incredible lady she is to take in over 70 dogs in the last stages of their lives. Her heart must be so big and full of love constantly for these poor dogs. What a wonderful final experience of life she's giving them. Thank you for all the thought you put into your posts, I really appreciate it :D) xx
I always go back up after leaving a comment... just to be sure I haven't missed anything and this time I had. The note on the dogs collar really sweet and funny! Cheers now :D) xx
Hi Linda! Those laughing babies! Oh my gosh, they really did make my laugh too. The meme about living by the sea really hit me too. I love the water, and being by the ocean would be a dream come true. Have a wonderful summer! Ceil
Playing catchup! The hospice for dogs and laughing babies lifted my spirits. I had a rough go of it yesterday, because for the first time I got discouraged and felt like I was on the downhill slide and not able to reverse it. Thanks for the reminder that I should measure myself against myself and that if I did it before, I can do it again. Your posts always have things that speak to my heart. Have an awesome day, my special Montreal friend!
Happy Monday Linda, thank you for your very kind comment on my blog, I was really touched xox My health is getting better, I am getting back to myself, taking my time so I don't push myself xox
This quote speaks to me: If I could do it before, I can do it again. - Josh Altman
Especially since I have fallen of the healthy wagon... I did it before, I can do it again xox

Those laughing babies scared the cats here when it first started, which made me laugh that much harder!
