I remembered I have visited a butterfly farm once. I love the puppy and duck. Both of them makes me laugh and they are really enjoy playing together. I think the flashing light did the trick to get the wild turkey out of the house. Interesting video about the ants but I wouldn't want them in my garden or else my plants will all go leafless! Lol!
ReplyDeleteThe Turkey Who Came To Dinner...hoohahahaha!
ReplyDelete"It's not how big the house is. It's how happy the home is." How very true!
ReplyDeleteNice and fun videos of the animals Linda. I wish you a happy Wednesday.
ReplyDelete"There's a reason your windshield is bigger than your rearview mirror. Where you're headed is much more important than what you've left behind." How true this is, another set of lovely words.
ReplyDeleteHave a great August Diane
PS they have found a parasite so hope they find the right treatment.
Good morning dear Linda, Lovely set. Butterfly gardens can be so peaceful and beautiful. I had to laugh at those policemen trying to help get the turkey out of that lady's house. What a predicament. I hope you have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteBonjour Linda,

ReplyDeleteIt would be so much fun to visit that butterfly garden. So many beautiful species all in one place. The dachsund and the duck were cute and seemed to be having so much fun together. The video about the ants was amazing. Such industrious little creatures.

ReplyDeleteHello Linda!:) Wonderful nature video clips. The ant video is really interesting, and the turkey inside the house reminded me of the creatures which make their way into my home, and refuse to leave, but we have never had a live turkey! I loved seeing the Costa Rican butterflies, and the playful dog and duck, and as always enjoyed the quotes. Nature is my medicine!:) Thank you for such an enjoyable visit.x

Home is where the heart is.

Loved your "buggy" posts today. I always wondered why those ants cut leaves and carried the pieces away. And who doesn't love butterflies?
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness - that dog and that duck!
ReplyDeleteLinda, Love the butterfly garden. Monteverde is quite famous. We have visited 2 butterfly gardens, (South Florida and St. Louis MO), and found them quite delightful! The dog and duck playing together is very cute and fun to watch... As for the wild turkey, we have a flock of over 30 of them in our neighborhood and the idea of one getting in the house is a bit mind numbing! We had a wren fly in one morning before we headed out on a trip and it took us almost an hour to get that little bird out an open sliding door... Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
ReplyDeletequite a turkey!
ReplyDeleteVery interesting videos. This Butterfly Garden looks fantastic, I'd love to visit it. Bold and inquisitive Turkey really makes me smile! Wonderful quotes - as usual :).
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day, Linda!
A fun selection of videos. Your posts always brighten my morning. Thank you Linda :)
ReplyDeleteHi, Linda! I especially enjoyed the Costa Rica butterfly video. It brought back wonderful memories of when Terry and I visited the Monteverde Cloud Forest in 1991 and of the times I took my elementary students to visit Denver's butterfly museum. I always had to hold Rosie the tarantula on my open palm first to show my young kiddos that it was safe to hold her. The quote that spoke to me most today is, "Failure is not falling down but refusing to get up." That is profoundly true. Have a lovely day today, my Montreal friend. Sending you love and hugs!
ReplyDeleteThe dog and duck are quite a pair!
ReplyDeleteI was out in nature today! I love this one, Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end. Big Hugs!
ReplyDeleteDo it now. Sometimes later becomes never. <--- And too late. Good one, Linda xx
