Mid-Week Fun

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are:

Fabulously Modern Shower Stalls with Seat
(I really love these, and I like the idea of having a shower separate from a bathtub.  For one thing, I find it safer and I like the look, and another thing, you don't need those non-slip mats that mark up the tubs)

  1. I remember when I brought my son home from the hospital. Our dog was so excited! He kept gong to the basinette and pawing it. He was letting out all these excited yips!

  5. Dear Linda - I like to be submerged in hot water of bathtub, but I also need a shower stall with seat next to my bedroom when I am too old. My heart was warmed up to see a baby and a dog playing with.

  9. Beautiful sayings one and all, but the only time you fall off a bike is when you stop peddling is not strictly true. But the gist of the saying is quite correct.
Hope that things are looking up for you Linda, please let us know any news updates. Take care Diane

  10. Hello, I love that shower stall too. It is beautiful. MY dogs loved my son, I had great family dogs. My one dog laid under the crib before my son came home from the hospital. She was waiting to take care of him. Happy Wednesday, enjoy your day!

  11. Cuando llevamos a Noah a casa, le dimos a oler a mi gato para que la relacionara, y los días del hospital le dimos la ropa para que también la oliera, qué recuerdos, un besazo

  14. Good morning Linda, lovely set. Those dogs meeting their new family members is so cute. It brings to mind when our dogs met our grandchildren. My German shepherd would sit by the playpen like she was babysitting and let me know if the baby rolled over or anything. So protective. Have a wonderful day, dear.

  19. That's exactly the kind of show I need...a chair or bench, bars on the walls, ropes and pulleys to pick me up off the floor... Love the jazz treatment of the Beatles classics. I love jazz and this really made my day. I also loved so many of the posters featuring old folks...life doesn't end when you get old but it can be much more difficult! :)

    Saludos.

  30. Linda, Those are some nice showers for sure! Ours is a pretty decent walk in unit (small in comparison with the examples) but it doesn't have a seat. Dogs with babies...they get so excited and curious! Cute! That's perhaps the best rendition of the Beatles Let It Be that I've heard. As for the cave house, I didn't think that I'd like it but after looking at the video, I changed my mind. The owner has a great design sense! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
