Vintage Campers & Trailers

When I was a little girl, my parents and I relied on public transportation, so we never had a car of our own.  I found some photos of vintage campers, trailers and motor homes and was excited to share them with you all.  Have any of you ever had one of these...or wished you did?

These first two photos are of vintage trailer interiors.

Next are some exterior views of vintage campers and trailers.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here.  I really look forward to your thoughts and memories.  Please click on the "comments" link at the end of my post to share.

  1. I ADORE the interior in the first picture!!! The colors are great. And I also love the polka dots next. It is ALMOST enough to make me want to live in one!

  7. These were on the road when I was a child, so I guess they are vintage. I know of two restored camping trailers still in use.

  9. We didn't do a great deal of traveling or vacationing when I was little, but I remember seeing travel trailers like these and thinking that they were pretty special. We always camped in tents when we traveled on vacation.

  14. I spent the first year of married life in a mobile home that wasn't much bigger than a camper. It was 24 feet long including the trailer hitch.
