Windy, Rainy & Chilly Today!

It started out this morning as sunny and mild...then the clouds came in, the wind picked up and the rain started.  Nonetheless, I still enjoyed my walk, even in the rain!  I took my camera with me and took some photos on this walk, which I hope you will all enjoy.  I chose a 1940's song for this post which I also hope you will all enjoy.

Here are my photos...Rain

I called my album 'Rain', because most of my walk was taken in the rain.  As you will see when you check out my photos, I ran across two cats on my walk...and both were black and white, like the last one I took a photo of in my previous post.  The two cats I met today were both outside of their houses.  :)

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I really appreciate and enjoy reading your thoughts, which you can always share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  3. I'd heard the song, but didn't know the story until I just checked it on Wiki - interesting! Though I usually don't watch videos, thanks for posting it!

  4. I loved the pics of the ducks and the lake shot is super. It is weird that you can upload a video but not photos. Click the feedback button and let google know of the problem.

  7. I especially liked all the ducks in your photos. And you know I like water! Actually, photography in the rain can be very exciting because you get some nice reflections and you don't have to worry about the contrast and washed out colors that bright sunshine can bring. Often in the wet, colors are even more vivid!

  8. The Gingerbread Men seem happy no matter the weather, don't they? I love the picture of the water - - - so still and still beautiful in the gray weather. The cats looked contented, too, just to be outside.

  9. I had to smile that the geese were happy in the rain but the kitties, not so much!

  10. While you have rain the sun shines here in GTA but a few km to the north the snow squals are making driving tough. The Grey Cup game is big here this weekend. is

  12. Thank you all so much for your kind comments! The weather got pretty windy and cold today, more "normal" for this time of year. It also snowed a bit as well. Winter has arrived in Montreal. :)
