Hi everyone! The title of my post is HSP = highly sensitive person! I am a HSP and I am sure some of you are as well. HSP is not a personality disorder, but rather a personality trait. If you want to see if you are a HSP, here is a test that you can do online. Please feel free to share your test results, if you would like to.

I already know I am an HSP, of course, but I took the test for fun. I checked every box but one! (the caffeine one)

DeleteHmmm. I don't think I'm HSP. Just 'cause I tend to bop people in the nose if they look at me the wrong way... Nah, I'm just kidding. I can by HSP, I guess. Probably everyone can be. But I remember something someone told me long ago - we need to stop being needy. I think he meant we've got to take care of ourselves and not always depend on others or worry about what others think. Hard to do, sometimes.

DeleteHi, Linda! The video seems familiar to me, & not just because of the old banana commercials. I seem to recall dancing with my friend in front of the TV at the age of 3 or 4 to this clip.

I have some stress issues, but have tried to work my way through them or around them. A lot of those questions could be answered with "It used to bother me, but I can deal with it now." I know it has to be hilarious to watch me while I watch an intense action scene in a movie, though. I twist myself into knots & dodge the punches, & lean into the curves during chase scenes on motorcycles! Feels like I'm where all the action is!

ReplyDeleteI went online and looked at the info for the botanical garden. It sounds like a very beautiful place to visit and is quite unique in many aspects.
