Tranquil Thursday

Hi everyone!  The video I am sharing today is a nice relaxing one...Aqua Harp!  Enjoy!

The photo I am sharing is one that I took in the summer of 2010.  I was taking a walk in a park when a squirrel decided to check me out.  It looks like he found something to eat at the same time, so I snapped the photo.  You just need to click on the image to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I really appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  2. I've been feeding peanuts to my squirrels here at home. There is a pair of red squirrels who live in the nearby park, and they come by each day at 5 for their peanuts.

Struggling with my mood of late.

You got a really good shot of the squirrel. I love watching the ones in our yard. They're so energetic.

  7. Oh, that squirrel is so cute. I am sure they are much less fearful now than when I was a child.

  10. A good harpist is a real find. There was a harp concert awhile back in The Villages. Excellent. Love the squirrel, too. Looks a little darker and bushier than our squirrels. Our squirrels are kind scrawny! :)

    Have a wonderful weekend, Linda!

  12. Love the harp music. Forwarded on to DH, he loves harp music too. As for the squirrel, we have brown ones here by us in Texas. We did have black ones on the LSU Baton Rouge campus in Louisiana. And we have a friendly tail-less one on the campus here. Don't know how he lost his tail, but he looks like a little fat gopher.

  17. I used to have a black squirrel around here but there haven't been anymore. No white squirrels either. It's too bad because they add variety to the population.
