Mairzy Doats and Goats

Hello everyone!  I found a really cute and upbeat song from my childhood to share with you here...it is a couple of minutes in length and perhaps some of you may remember this song as well.  Whether or not you remember it, I am certain you will enjoy it.  It is called "Mairzy Doats" (mares eat oats)

The photos I am sharing today are ones that I took on my nature park walk last week.  I thought that the song was fitting for these photos.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  15. Dear Linda - I know this song well!! My momma used to sing it to me at bedtime and just because. Thanks for bringing it back to memory. Loved your photos too. Goats are one of the animals our farm never had when I was growing up. May have to talk hubby into letting me raise a few when we retire (LOL). Have a great day.
