Rain, Canada Geese and a Squirrel

Happy Saturday, everyone!  The video I have chosen for this post is short;  4 minutes in length.  It is entitled "Rain Sound."  Since it is a rainy day in Montreal today I thought this was a great choice.  There are absolutely beautiful nature scenes in this video...and, of course, the sound of rain.  Enjoy!

I want to thank you all for your kind comments on my posts.  I am so glad you are enjoying the videos and photos that I post, as well as some quotes.  As far as the videos go, I am very picky about what I post, as I want them to be enjoyable and family friendly for everyone, so I watch them before I post them to ensure that they will be good.  I am so glad you are all enjoying them!

I am sharing two photos today.  I took these photos a few days ago in a nature park.  One is of a pair of Canada geese, the other is of a squirrel.  You will see the squirrel on the fence next to the tree.  You just need to click on the photos to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  1. I notice young squirrels everywhere now. They're obviously out of the nest.

  2. The industrious squirrel...always busy at something or other. I like how those geese pop out around all that green, Linda. I wish the Canada Geese we get here would stay a while.....they are always either coming or going but never settling here for the summer......better places to feed I guess.
It is raining here now in Nova Scotia and I do appreciate its sounds.

  6. Rain, as in this video, can be very soothing. Sometimes, though, not so much, as in our major thunderstorm the other night that shook the bed and rattled the windows! :)

I'll bet that squirrel is nuts about those geese! Nice shots, Linda.

I may be out-of-pocket for awhile but I'll be back.

  12. We've been having lots of rain too. It's Memorial Day weekend and it looks like it going to be rainy the whole time--not that I had plans for a picnic.

  18. Hi Linda, beautiful video. Love the beautiful scene and the sound of the rain, wish we can have a heavy down pour as it's very hot and humid today.

Both your pictures are beautiful and very well taken. I enjoy looking at those geese and squirrel. :))
