For the Love of Animals

Hello everyone!  Welcome!  For those of you who, like myself, love animals and nature, I believe that the video I am sharing today will touch your hearts.  I can tell you that it definitely touched mine!  Although I try to share videos that are short, this video is longer than the ones I usually share;  however, I really feel that it is worth watching!  It is an 8 minute video.  A dolphin is in need of help and doesn't hesitate to seek out humans that kindly help it!  I have heard many true stories and have seen videos of dolphins helping people...so it was so nice to see someone helping out a dolphin!  Enjoy!

The photos I am sharing today are ones that I took on a nature park walk in the last couple of weeks.  A goat, a donkey and an alpaca.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always enjoy and appreciate reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  18. Wonderful pictures and video Linda. It's a shame that such a friendly animal as the dolphin should still be hunted for it's meat. It makes no sense at all since the hunters especially the Japanese often pass it off as whale meat.

  19. Fantastic to see a happy ending for that dolphin, should make us all think about how we respect the natural world and that discarded items can cause such harm. Lovely to see the trust between species, thanks for sharing :-)

  25. I generally don't watch a video that is so long but it was very, very good! Dolphins are intelligent animals but it's still amazing this one let the humans work on it. It was good the diver had a knife on him but it makes sense it is a smart thing to carry cuz you could get tangled in stuff underwater.
