Hungarian Cat Cafe

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to each and every one of you!  The video I have chosen for this post is a short one minute clip entitled "Hungarian Cat Cafe."  Enjoy!

I have not seen any cat cafes here in Montreal, but I know that they are quite popular in Japan!  I have, however, seen cat hotels where you can leave your cat should you need to go away, and the hotel will take care of your cat...and your cat can even have its own room equipped with a bed and toys.  Are there any cat cafes in your area?

The photos I am sharing today are ones that I took on a recent walk.  There was a daycare, and this is the beautiful wall mural outside of the daycare!  I found it lovely and decided to take a few photos of it.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always enjoy and appreciate reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  5. I LOVE murals! This one is very cute, and it looks like that toadstool is a little house. I have never heard of Cat Cafes!!! But these cats are so lucky to be getting so much attention.

  10. I have seen a video of a cat café in Japan, from memory about 70 cats, and so many people who have moved there and had to leave their own behind, go and visit. The murals, Love the toadstool with a fairy and bunnies, lovely colours. One person is so very clever!! Cheers from Jean.

  13. Love the cats and love the mural. All primary school curriculum should include painting a mural. How about training cats to paint murals, now wouldn't that be something.

  18. En algunas ocasiones, como la que nos muestras, este tipo de arte "callejero" que utiliza los muros como lienzo tiene su interés. Un abrazo,

  21. well, I didn't know there were cat cafés, what a super idea. So nope, no cat cafés here, it is difficult to find places to board animals, most people take their dogs with them or have family or friends who care for the pets who stay behind. What a lovely mural.

  23. The mural is lovely....I would go to a cat cafe as I am a cat lover...but it seems most people I know can not stand cats so it would definitely need to be in an area of cat lovers to get customers.

    Dearest Linda,
Oh, how blessed we have been for being able to complete this without rain. As for our felines, if you search at the top of my blog to the right for felines, you get all their posts.
    Hugs,
    Mariette
