Cattle Egrets, Rain and Flowers

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!  The video I have chosen for this post is "Cattle Egrets Enjoying the Rain".  It is a delightful one minute video.  Enjoy!

For the last several days it has been quite humid here in Montreal but we got some lovely refreshing rain today!  The photos I am sharing are ones that I took on a nature park walk last week.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always enjoy and appreciate reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  11. Seeing the egrets make me think of Florida. Such majestic birds. I wish we'd get some relief from our dry heat but according to the forecast it's not likely.

  16. Sure looks like he/she was enjoying that 'shower' ! Gorgeous series of blooms (we have a bush like that but the blooms are all finished). Likewise your previous couple of flower posts - wonderful colours.
