Shades of Green

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!  Green is my favourite colour and so the photos I will be sharing today are various shades of green, hence the title of this post.

The video I have chosen for this post is "Soothing - Fresh Green Pond in Forest."  The scenery is beautiful and the music is lovely and serene.  The video is 1 minute in length. Enjoy!

The photos I am sharing today are ones I took on a recent walk.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Quote:  The more I expect, the more unhappy I am going to be.  The more I accept, the more serene I am.

  4. El verde es un color relajante, yo diría que es el color de la salud, y lo has reflejado muy bien en tus fotografías, me gustan las de la manzana caída. Un abrazo,

I have a friend whose favorite color is green. It's not my favorite, though. I tend to like blue, sometimes red.

  8. Nice selection; nice color pops. Is that an apple dropped among the leaves? Some squirrel at work?

  11. Blue used to be my favorite color but over the years, since I began nature hiking, green has become my favorite and overtaken blue. I love the richness of a green forest after rain :)

  12. Hi Linda .. I agree the video and accompanying music are just very soothing aren't they ...

Love the photos of the trees and shrubs .. soon they'll be having their autumn colours ...

Love the colour green - yet for some reason am not keen on it as part of my home, or for wearing ... though I have some green on today!

    Cheers Hilary
