Very nice shots of the heron.
ReplyDeleteYea for herons. I've had little opportunity this summer to drive past the marsh where they stand waiting, on one leg...
ReplyDeleteI am always fascinated with herons.
ReplyDeleteGlad you had sunshine in your heart Linda :)
I'm so glad you had sunshine in your heart--that's where it's important! :-) The heron is lovely! I've never seen one. Thank you for sharing yours with us.
ReplyDeleteThat video was funny! The people's facial expressions were cute. :-)
Wow, what a find! And it looks like a Blue Heron, they are so large and majestic!!!

Greetings from Asia :)
I loved the video clip Linda, thank you. So cute, especially when that darling little Chihuahua was picked out of the car. Enjoyed your photos also. Always happy to see a heron and a gull, two birds I added to my list of favorites long ago :)
ReplyDeleteLovely your bird photos!
ReplyDeleteGreetings, RW & SK
Nice blog. I like it very much.
ReplyDeleteLinda kiitos. Hauska video,ja kuvia linnuista. Tervehdys:)
ReplyDeleteoh, it's really nice checking out your blog each day, cos every so often, there's a pleasant surprise awaiting. i've never seen a heron in real life before, so it's lovely to look at it through the very observant lens of your camera :D
ReplyDeleteMe gusta como has captado en imágenes el paseo de esa grulla. Un abrazo,
ReplyDeleteYou were lucky with the Heron, lovely shots. We get this Quebec gags series here and find they are the best of any we see...though I had not seen this one, too funny.
ReplyDeleteThe heron seems to be enjoying his paddle! One day on my way to work in central London something caught my eye, and it was a heron casually walking down some steps to a basement. It looked so comical.
ReplyDeleteLoved the video.
Love the video, our version was called 'Just for laughs', it ran for five years, it's a shame we don't have anything like that anymore.
ReplyDeleteNice pics of the Heron too Linda, have a nice day.
HA HA HA HA! So funny... I didn't expect this one. This is a lovely heron...

ReplyDeleteThe movie is funny, laughed at. Photos pairs of birds are very nice. Yours.
Those photos of the heron are so remarkable, Linda... I love the way he seems to unfold and grow taller in each one until he's full height! (And that was such a cute video.... thank you for posting it.)
ReplyDeleteHi Linda the video and a lot of fun and helps us to banish sadness
ReplyDeleteI wish you a good evening
Those birds don't seem to mind the cloud cover either...I really love how birds seem to relish rain...there's a lesson there I think.
ReplyDeleteAh beautiful heron, they are such majestic birds!
ReplyDeleteI love your clip, Linda, and your photos !
ReplyDeleteLie(f)s.
