Terrific Tuesday

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to each and every one of you!  The video I have chosen for this post is entitled

"Rampart Street Blues" (Cotton Pickers, 1923).

The photos I am sharing today are ones that I took on a recent walk.  I came across some mushrooms, which I don't very often.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  8. Cool video, Linda. Love mushrooms but I'd be scared to pick them myself. Knowing me, it'd be a poison one and then I'd be pushing daisies instead of eating mushrooms. hahaha Thanks so much for visiting my blog today! Susan

  10. Those are lovely red leaves--so vibrant! Mushrooms are always interesting to see. We had more in the yard this summer because we had more rain than usual.

  13. I believe those red leaves belong to a 'burning bush' plant. Lovely reds!
We had mushrooms this week too after the rains we had. I haven't posted pics yet but some I've never seen before. They are interesting.

  15. Love the music Linda, one of the earliest records we had was Fats Waller and 'The Sheik of Araby'. There was still some great music around before the 50/60's revolution.
    Love the pictures too.

  19. Hello again Linda : )
I'm sorry about the pain .. I too suffer from multiple conditions that cause a lot of pain .. I try different natural supplements to help but I am grateful for the conventional pain relief too, haha.
Those leaves are so beautiful .. and mushrooms are always "little wonders" !
Great photos .. the weather has been wonderful lately !

  25. The cooler weather here is beginning to have it's effect on things...blossoms aren't as common and the yellowing of trees has come. Change is in the air. Whatever season it may be may blessings find you my friend.
