Voyage of the Butterfly

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!  The video I have chosen for this post is a lovely and relaxing 2 minute clip entitled "Voyage of the Butterfly" - Nicholas Gunn.
Enjoy!

I am very excited, because I finally managed to get a couple of photos of a butterfly!!!  Yes, this is my first successful attempt.  The butterfly photos are the two last ones.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always enjoy and appreciate reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  1. Your photos are so pretty. It can be pretty hard getting pictures of butterflies. They flit about so much. Nice job getting the photos.

  5. Well done capturing those shots of the butterfly...I'm never quick enough.
At the moment, in the mornings before the rain starts the whole garden is alive with butterflies...you walk down the drive between whole drifts of them, something which thrills and moves me every time.

  11. Thanks Linda for your visit and comment. Well done for these photos, sadly our connection is too slow to watch videos. Your choice of films is the same as mine, I don't know how many time I watched both To Sir with Love and Sound of Music, I also loved The Jazz Singer and Dirty Dancing. Have a good weekend Diane

  18. Dear Linda - such a beautiful video - loved the music...such a great gift you shared....your photos are wonderful too...so glad you caught that illusive butterfly - I am sure if someone watched me dance around with my camera trying to get these little fellas on film they would have a great laugh. Take care and have a blessed week-end.
