Wonder Filled Wednesday

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!  The video I have chosen for this post is a beautiful, soothing Scottish instrumental one entitled "Loch Lomond."  It is a lovely 4 minute video with beautiful images of Loch Lomond.  Enjoy!

The photos I am sharing today are ones that I took on a recent walk.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Quote:  In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out.  It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being.  We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit. - Albert Schweitzer

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  13. I hope this isn't a silly question but is that the same kind of Loch that the Loch Ness Monster supposedly lives in? I've always been fascinated by that :)

  19. Dear Linda - this is a favorite song of mine - in fact I find myself singing it as I walk along with my dogs...I guess it comes from my Scottish side - my mother was a McCoy - who knows but I love it. Your pictures are beautiful too. As always I so enjoy my visit - your blog inspires and is such a treat. Take care friend and have a beautiful Sept. day...now I better go sing that song to my pooches!!

  20. Oh Linda. This was just what I needed today. Coming from good Scottish 'stock' this classic piece has stirred up my 'roots'!
Thanks so much. A lovely way to finish off my day.
Fall is in the air and on the plants you photographed...lovely.

  21. The photos are lovely, as always. I liked the way the blue fence added it's own little burst of color in that last photo.
