Dolphins Help Young Seal

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!  The video I have chosen for this post is a short, two minute clip of dolphins helping a young seal.  It is beautiful.  Enjoy!

The blood test results are showing that my tiredness is a thyroid issue, BUT I need to go for another blood test, because the doctor wishes to confirm this.  I will let you all know the results then.

The photos I am sharing today are ones that I took on a recent walk.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

Those red berries are so pretty with the light shining through them. And that park looks like a perfect place to walk. :-)
