Setting Sun Meditation

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!  The video I have chosen for this post is a beautiful clip entitled "Zen Cat - Setting Sun Meditation."  Enjoy!

The photo that I am sharing today is one that I took a few years ago.  Every so often on my walks here in Montreal, I come across some graffiti art that I find very nice and this is one of those times!  You just need to click on the image to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share.

  20. We are having a real melt off now which means walking will again be an option. The most graffiti I see is on the train cars passing through town...none is that creative. Bless you my friend.
