Thursday Thoughts

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!  The videos I have chosen for this post are:

A Just for Laughs Gag:

I found this just fascinating!  I love the different colours of the homes and the differently shaped windows.  I saw a couple of windows that look like port holes.  Floating homes in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  :)

Boswell Sisters:  Say It Isn't So

I found the following items on Facebook and am providing the link sources for them beneath each image.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

It is difficult to believe it has been 102 years now (April 10, 1912) since the RMS Titanic began her maiden voyage, and sank at the bottom of the Atlantic (April 14-15, 1912)

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share.

  8. The houseboats are unbelievable!!! They are so pretty, too...with their colors, little round windows, flowers and trees. It is like different worlds when you look over them to see all the skyscrapers. I wonder if there is ever high tide or any damage? The whole place is magical like a fairy tale.

  19. There were floating homes in Victoria B.C. too and I always envied them their lifestyle, they weren't as sophisticated as those in Vancouver though, perhaps they are now. Enjoyed everything.

  20. I love everything about this except maybe the floating homes, maybe because it is destroying the water...and water is too important. I would love a house on the water but not at how high the cost of this luxury....bravo on the quote they are wonderful
