Mellow Monday

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!

I took the following three photos in 2010 in a section of Montreal known as the West Island.  The first two photos are a bird house by the waterfront that is home to Purple Martins.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.  For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Purple Martins, here is a link that will help you.  Purple Martins

The videos I have chosen for this post are:

  24. Linda - what a gorgeous purple martin house. My grandfather built one years ago and would put it up in the spring and take it down in the fall. It had to be cleaned each year. They are great birds to have about. Enjoyed the fire hydrant gag and loved my walk through the forest with the harp music. Just beautiful quotes as well. Thank you for making my day wonderful. Also thank you for taking time to visit me and leave a sweet comment. So wonderful of you to stop by. Hugs
