ReplyDeleteYes, the Waltons were really the Hamners. Their name was changed because it sounded better for T.V. We live in the same area that the Waltons did. The Waltons house and the museum are very close to here.

Funny how there is a trade-off for wisdom: the body starts to ache and not function as usual, but the mind and character strengthens. That's the deal.
