  1. Ha! Enjoyed the one about staying in Winnipeg because your car won't start. It gets pretty cold here in Iowa as well, and back in the '60s my grandpa was so tired of having his car not start that on the coldest day of the year (probably 20 or 30 below zero Fahrenheit) he went to car dealer first thing in the morning and told him he'd take the first car that would start. Down the line of cars he went until he finally found one!

    Wonder what happens if your car won't start in in the snow there in Winnipeg! I suppose one would phone for help as many others would.

  3. Wonder why I haven't heard about Amazon Dash? Maybe it is only in Canada? It is really cool. Would be great to have in bad weather.

  12. I don't have this problem with the car, because I don't have a car:) Moreover we certainly don't have snow here in Sicily, not THAT much anyway. We had a bit in December but it melted before it even touched the ground.
