  1. I liked the New Orleans Street Car!!! We have been there and - while we didn't take the street car - we DID drive around and take in all the sights! It's a fun city!

  2. I really enjoyed the ride through Saint Charles Street! I did not know there are mansions on it. In fact, one of my favorite songs from the seventies is called Saint Charles. So I have wanted to know about it for the longest time. What a lovely surprise. Good to know that goose is all healed. We have lots of Canada Geese. Every day at sunset they line up and take off, honking support for each other in a V shape.

  3. Fried chicken. Nice but not for me - I'd rather have it roasted/baked in the oven. Nice also...and less oily.

  16. Dear Linda - such a great quote from Maya Angelou about pursuing the things you love and it isn't money. Loved the photo of the cat and dog together too. As for the fried chicken - now that certainly made me hungry. Thank you for such an uplifting post. Hugs friend!
