Monday Magic
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Hackershake: Cadbury Creme Egg Milkshake
Hippo Licks Crocodile
Edelweiss - The Von Trapp Children
The Rise of Compact Living in Tokyo
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.
Why in the world would the hippo lick the croc? Ha ha ha. The kids were learning about hippos of Africa - apparently they injure more humans than any other animal on that continent. Who knew? I would have blamed the croc first.
So much to enjoy today! I don't think I will try the milkshake, it does sound rather calorific, I love the hippo and, once again, love the small space video, they always fascinate me.
Thanks for your visit :) so no I'm here enjoying your place :) Thanks for all the inspiration here ..... Susan Farrell Art and the video about compact living are my favorites!
Good morning, dear Linda! I found fascinating the video of hippos of all ages licking the crocodiles and nibbling on their scaly backs. I'm thinking it must be an example of symbiosis. Perhaps the hippo derives key nutrients from the body of the croc and the croc benefits from being cleaned or groomed by the hippo. Or maybe it just feels good to the reptile to be licked and nibbled in that manner. I was also amazed by the tour of the tiny house in Tokyo where every square inch of space is conserved. I think I would enjoy living in a mainly vertical dwelling like that one.
My dear wife would love a Cadbury cream milkshake or a Cadbury cream in whatever form! I loved the Gags as usual. The hippo video really surprised me, though, as I'm sure I've seen crocs attack and eat hippos. Maybe the crocs were already stuffed? :)
Hahahaha, I love Meanwhile in Canada image as always! And the quote and image of Princess Sassy Pants & Co image is very lovely! These two are always my favorite :-) Happy Monday!
Interesting video about the hippo. Small space living but lots of storage space. Enjoyed this post and your quotes were once again great. Have a blessed day. Madeline
Goodness me..., gag with (as always) a happy end. Cadbury eggs, Linda, I was once (a long time ago) in England at Easter... Living compact -> incredible !
Hi Linda - your post are a great little vacation from the usual. I love the gag videos - too funny. Today, I really enjoyed the Tokyo small house - that was awesome. I love small spaces.
Thanks for putting these posts together. Cheers, Jenny :) :)
Loved the Meanwhile in Canada joke, Linda! I'm sure plenty of people in Canada will be happy to see this winter leave. Loved the gag too! Have a great Tuesday!
Fun to see yhe hippo and the crocodiles. I use Edelweis song a lot in my sitting dance activity with the elderly and I thought it was only a Norwegian song. now I know that it is sung in other language too:)
I have to try the Cadbury creme egg milkshake someday! I don't know who came up with the recipe but amazing, really. I bet Easter candy is on sale right now. Angelic voices of Von Trapp children are beautiful! Even though that Tokyo housing is very tiny, nice to have home of their own, right? Nice post!
Thank you so much for another wonderfully inspiring post, Linda. Oh wow...yes...I was really impressed with the Cadbury cream egg milkshake too. Sounds amazing! xoxoxo

In True listening, the ear is connected to the heart where the essence of the conversation becomes a growth spurt.
