Most people don't even have their own island, but here the cats do! Love the Vavasseur paintings!

Really amazing! So many cats in the island. Love the Project Blue Collar.
ReplyDeleteThe cat island is very different..
ReplyDeleteI don't know quite what to think about cat museums.
ReplyDeleteO, I 'd love to go and visit the cat island !!! Always, cat :)

Good morning, dear Linda! I laughed at that gag video. It was love at first sight, wasn't it? I was very interested in the cat island with colonies of felines living together. It makes sense for them to be examined, receive proper medical care and spayed or neutered. I also appreciated seeing the cat shelter that offers a clean, natural environment for strays and unwanted animals and puts them up for adoption.
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear friend Linda!
A great post Linda, I particularly like the last philosophical piece on chance and change!
ReplyDeleteI love that quote about making a buck and making a difference. So true. Everyone can make money if they want to, but not everyone can impact the world. In a good way especially.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing! I'd love to go to that cat museum!

Well I gotta say...I enjoyed the Robot! And so true are those words "Your life does not get better by chance but by change". Love it! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteOhh, Linda! Thank you for such a lovely, positive and inspiring post :) xoxo
ReplyDeleteI loved the cat video, even though I'm not a "cat lady". I know cats can be great pets for people who are alone. I also liked your art work of the cat, further down the post. The lady in the video is the ultimate cat lady.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, that cat is really different!

I love the idea of a kitty museum. Hard to believe there are people who have never come in contact with a cat! I love kitties, but the hubs not so much...
ReplyDeleteI loved the laugh section about the robot. The Project Blue Collar about the dog was fitting. When I grew up I always had a dog until the last one was killed. It hurt to much and therefore I decided no more dogs. I still miss my boxer, Bruno. He was more then a friend, he was part of the family.
ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic Wednesday Linda. See ya.

beautiful inspiring quotes, linda! :-))
ReplyDeleteI have never wanted to go to Singapore but now I do!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda! I've been laughing myself silly over your recent gags, so much so that my husband came and watched as I replayed each one. He was laughing hard too. There is nothing like a good belly laugh! We watched the Singapore Cat video too. Such an important message. One of my best friends ever lived in Fullerton, California, and she was always looking after stray cats. So did her husband. They both had car trunks filled with cat food. They got an animal organization into trapping and sterilizing the feral cats in the woods near where he worked. They would personally pay to have cats neutered, spayed, and given vaccinations at their vet's office. My friend died several years ago, but her husband carries on. Cat lovers are very special people. Thanks for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the videos and quotes as I always do. Have a blessed evening. Madeline
