Wednesday Wishes

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are:

A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire

Dubai Trolley at Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai

Jupiter Barbershop - Old Fashioned Barbershop

Hong Kong Peak Tram

For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Firefox has encountered an unexpected problem with windows.

Be kind. Work hard. Stay humble. Smile often. Keep honest. Stay loyal. Travel when possible. Never stop learning. Be thankful always and love.

You make my heart smile.

Notice how heavy your thoughts about resisting the present moment, can be to you and the ones around you.  Drop the rocks.  Go with the flow.  Make friends with the now.

The loneliest people can be the kindest.  The saddest people sometimes smile the brightest.  The most damaged people are filled with wisdom.  All because they do not wish the pain they've endured on another soul. - Timothy Delvecc

You are loved and supported.

Listen to your dreams.  Follow your heart.  Do what you love.  Enjoy life.  And expect miracles.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are. - Carl Jung

When someone is going through a storm, your silent presence is more powerful than a million empty words.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share!

  1. We still have a couple of those old-fashioned barbershops here, mostly old folks would go to those...or some parents bringing their little boys for a cheap haircut. Lots of those modern salons everywhere...but those are by no means cheap. The sign of the times!

  4. Hi Linda! I've tried to write you a comment for the past couple of days, but it's been so hectic and I've been repeatedly interrupted. So here I sit in the airport waiting to catch a red eye to Newark and then on to Halifax to see my family and friends. I will catch up!!!! Sending you big hugs! didn't want to take off without sending you best wishes.

  43. I used to bring my boys to the old-fashioned barber shop and the barbers are elderly Indian men. My hubby still goes to these barber shop. The price has also increased but still cheaper than those modern ones. I am interest in the pumpkin-ginger smoothie but I wondered how is the taste like...
