Thursday Therapy and a New Poll

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!
I have created a new poll, which you will find at the top right column of my blog.  I am asking you all what your favourite decade(s) is/are.  You can choose more than one decade, I have allowed this option in the poll...I just edited this to make it clear. Thank you so much for taking the time to vote!  :)

The videos I have chosen for this post are:

A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire

Time Lapse:  Mesmerizing "Stormscapes" Dominate Skies

Dog Alerts Police Officer, Helps Save Owner's Life

Drone Footage of Amazing Islands in Kagoshima, Japan 4K (Ultra HD)

For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

You don't always have to be strong.  You don't always have to fight off those tears.  Sometimes it's good to let them flow and let it go.  All your holding back can just keep building it all up.  It's alright not to have it all figured out yet.  Give it time to unfold.

Trying to make sense of crazy will simply drive you crazy.  Let it go.

Whether it's the best of times or worse of times, it's the only time you have.  Look for the good in each day.  Focus on growth, purpose, peace, love and gratitude.

I feel sorry for people who can't say, "I'm sorry." My guess is they lead sorry lives.  Sorry to say.

Tubers  :)

Your big opportunity may be right where you are now.

Challenges make you more responsible.  Always remember that life without struggles is a life without success.  Don't give up and learn not to quit.

Set positive intentions for the day.

Kindness is the new black!  And it looks beautiful on everybody!

If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. - Eckhart Tolle

There is nothing in this world that can trouble you as much as your own thoughts.

Maturity doesn't mean age.  It means sensitivity, manners and your attitude toward others.

The language of friendship is not words but meaning. - Henry David Thoreau

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share!

  17. Ooohh, now that is a seriously hard one for me to answer (re: your fun poll). I love the 1940s and 50s equally, with the precise years of 1947 - 1957 being my all-time favourite from a fashion standpoint. I went with the 50s in the end, but only because I couldn't select both. :)

Big hugs & cheerful Thursday wishes to you, dear Linda!

    1. Hi Jessica, thank you so much for your visit and comment, and for voting in my poll! You can select more than one decade in this poll, I have allowed this option because some people do like more than one decade. Thanks so much again, and I hope this helps. :)

  19. Good morning Linda. What a day. " There is nothing in this world that can trouble you as much as your own thoughts." You are totally correct on that one and other one, " Maturity doesn't mean age. It means sensitivity, manners and your attitude toward others.", I love the most.
Have an enjoyable Thursday my friend. See ya.

  24. That gag was a hoot. The looks on their faces.

The lab did a great thing. Dogs are very smart. Way smarter than we give them credit for.

Have a terrific day Linda. ☺

  25. Linda, wow the stormscapes are amazing. Storms don't frighten me much, as I know God is near. The waves video caught my eye too, as husband and son are surfers. Isn't it strange how some people have a hard time saying "I'm sorry?" I don't understand it at all. I love the crazy quote and the kindness quote. I will vote here before I leave....I've always been drawn to the 50's, such a fun decade, and I have a fascination with the pioneer days when women lived on the prairie.

What a fun post today, Linda.
