I have noticed, and this has been happening to me for quite a while now, that sometimes when I make a comment on a blog that it appears twice. I just wanted to let you all know that I have no idea why this is happening, that it is a glitch, and that I am not doing this on purpose. I only, and always, click just once on the 'publish' button. It doesn't happen to me all the time, and not on all blogs, but when it does it gets frustrating for me, because I feel that if I delete one of my comments that both will disappear, as this also has happened to me in the past. I just wanted to let you all know this. I have noticed, as well, that it doesn't seem to be just myself that this is happening to, as I have noticed some double comments on other blogs. :) I did send an e-mail to Blogger about this today, so hopefully they will find and fix this glitch.
The videos I have selected for this post are:
A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Loretta Laroche: The Joy of Stress
How to Tie Shoe Laces - Teach Children
Slip and Slide Waterfall! 35 Feet High in 4K
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.
Stop reliving the past. Let go and move on! Stop punishing yourself by going over and over the details of the story in your head every time you think of the person or circumstance that caused you pain. The pathway to forgiveness will bring you closer to your own peace and happiness!
"olive pits" - hee hee!
ReplyDeleteThank you Linda for this wonderful post. This is so true: "Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing. Just sit. Breathe. Let new insights surface." Have a nice Sunday!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, I too sometimes have the same problem with the repeated comments. Thank you for reporting to Blogger and we hope something can be done soon. For the slip and slide waterfall video, the place is beautiful but I think it is very dangerous to slide because the rocks. Someone may get hurt. It is so true not to re-live the past, move on, life will be more beautiful and happier!
ReplyDeleteSo far so good at my blog! Just once! Hey! That's one of my favourite songs, James Ingram. LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteVery goooood, Linda, the gag !
ReplyDeleteTry to find a favorite little something in every day -> blogs !
Thanks for the information, I also receive sometimes two of the same comments.
ReplyDeleteGreetings,
Filip
wow, what a waterfall!
ReplyDeleteGreat selection of videos!
ReplyDeleteYou're not the only one with the comments situation. Your shoes laces clip should be shown in schools around the country in the UK. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreetings from London.
Hauskat videot ja kuvat kiitos Linda Hyvää syksä :).
ReplyDeleteGreat collection today, Linda, loved the videos, although the watery one was frightening! - and it led me on to more youtube watery ones which were just as "exciting"!
ReplyDeleteAnd I sometimes pin your onward and upward illustrations and wise sayings, and did pin one today.
Thanks!
Bon dimanche Linda et merci pour toutes tes belles publications. Bises
ReplyDeleteWatching the water slide made my stomach slide.
ReplyDeleteI love Loretta LaRoche. Thanks for that one this morning. I too am having trouble with double postings and receiving them as well. It is a pain.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your post . Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeleteEven if you delete your comment, your name still shows upwards of four times on some of my posts. When I get to it, I delete the extras.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure, but I hear that this happens when people post from different kinds of machines, iPad, iPhone, tablets and such. But it doesn't happen to all, so really, I don't know?
Nothing to get frustrated over. In the grand picture, it's just a few extra comments. No biggie.
Amazing post!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice week-end!

I must say that I don't know at all for the double comments but I think that it's a bug, enjoy your Sunday Linda
ReplyDeleteSo far your comments only appear once on my Blog. I like your quotes here about letting go and forgiving ourselves. Happy Sunday.
ReplyDeleteLoved the gag and really loved the women are angels. I've got my broom at the ready.
ReplyDeleteI linked you to Silly Sunday as always.
Have a fabulous day. ☺

Bon dimanche sous ce beau soleil ma belle amie! Bise et bonne soirée tout en douceur!
ReplyDeleteOne must love the kitty toon!
ReplyDeleteI get the same thing with some of my commenters, twice or three times. I delete the second or third, but never the first, on the chance that doing so will remove each.
Such a lovely post, thank you for sharing, sweetie.
ReplyDeleteLove and hugs
Maarit
That Loretta reminds me of Lily Tomlin. You collect so much encouragement here for the weary soul, Linda! And it is thoughtful of you to address the comment problem on Blogger. Bless you!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'll ever look at olives the same way again. ;-)
ReplyDeleteToo powerful! Ha.
ReplyDeleteLMAO @ Olive Pits my mum used to know an Olive Osbourne her name used to crack me up
ReplyDeleteLoved all the funnies heheh!
I occasionally find a double comment on my blog. When I do, I delete one of them. The other one hasn't been affected so far. Love the "olive pits." And that water slide looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeletefunny olive one
ReplyDeleteYour posts always leave me smiling. Thank you for that.
ReplyDeleteLike the cat sleeping on the moon.
ReplyDeleteIt happens sometimes the double comment. If so on my blog, I just delete one of the posts....I believe it has happened when I have commented too..
How i wish i'd seen that shoe tying video when my children were small! This right handed mama had to teach her 4 lefties to tie their shoes by watching in the mirror and imitating what they saw in the mirror, and it worked okay, but this would have been much better.
ReplyDeleteI understand why that can be frustrating for you. Let's hope blogger can sort it out.
ReplyDeleteLovely sentiments!
ReplyDeletegood post
