Sunday Serenity

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!

I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Embrace the glorious mess that you are. - Elizabeth Gilbert

Caution!  Giving can cause excess amount of happiness.

It's a bit like walking down a long, dark corridor never knowing when the light will go on. - Neil Lennon (I think this sums up depression quite well)!

Dead people receive more flowers than the living ones because regret is stronger than gratitude. - Anne Frank (let's change this!)  :)

Sudbury brothers just saved a bald eagle from a leg-hold trap.  "You're welcome, America."  :)

Happiness is a hot drink on a cold December day.

Stop trying to change someone who doesn't want to change.  Stop giving chances to someone who abuses your forgiveness.  Stop walking back to the place where your heart ran from.  Stop trusting their words and ignoring their action.  Stop giving your all to a person who gives you nothing.  Stop fighting for a relationship when you're alone in the ring.  Stop breaking your own heart. - Trent Shelton

Real happiness doesn't come from getting everything that you want.  It comes from sharing what you have with the people that matter.

Step into my shoes...follow my journey, my mountains, my valleys, my surprise potholes. And if you can keep going the way I keep going perhaps you'll understand my choices and strength.

I really don't have the energy to hate or regret.  It's all being used up on creating an awesome life.

Faith moves mountains.  Doubt creates them.

You're awesome!  Sometimes you just need someone to tell you that you're not as terrible as you think.

It's okay to cry.  It's okay to scream.  It's not okay to give up hope.

Happy Holidays!  Seasonings Greetings.  :)

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share!

  4. Sad, isn't it? I always believe in doing all I can to spread love and joy to all living. Once dead and gone, it will be too late - the most one can do is to pray for their souls, that's all.

  22. Linda, so many good quotes on here today. The one that stuck out the most with me was "I really don't have the energy." I will remember that during tough times. I love the picture of the cardinal. Do you know that it's my dream to one day see the red cardinal? I don't see them here in California, or at least where I live. I always see them in pictures with the snow and coooold weather. I'm wondering if they live in colder climates? I love the "hope" quote on here also. It is my word for the new year.

I hope you had a very nice Christmas. And I wish you peace and joy in the coming year.

    ~Sheri

Stop breaking your own heart. - Trent Shelton - We just quit doing this to someone that was using us horribly. My son. It's painful, but he doesn't care so why should we. The upset is far too great.

Have a fabulous day Linda. ☺

Do I have to tell you that this is a very good post? Guess you know already right? :)...

Yes sometimes after someone died only then people will say good things about them . Wish more would voice out the good things before waiting for a person to die. It's just sad

Hope your Christmas have been wonderful. New year is just around the corner. May this new year brings you joy
