Sunday Tranquility

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have chosen for this post are:

Ted Baxter - Greatest Moment (Mary Tyler Moore Show)

New Jersey Black Giant Chickens

White Winter Hymnal - Grant County Museum

For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Always find time for the things that make you feel happy to be alive!

You are more than a survivor.  You are a thriver. Although you might be struggling now, some day you'll look back and see how all you went through changed you - and your life - for the better.

Sometimes I don't know what is worse, living in a state of panic or living with other people's attitudes about it.

No matter who we are, no matter how successful, no matter what our situation, compassion is something we all need to receive and give.

Even if you don't believe in some things...always believe in yourself.

Helping others helps us forget about our unhappy selves. - Vania Lange

Life is a mixture of sunshine and rain, teardrops and laughter, pleasure and pain.  Just remember there was never a cloud that the sun couldn't shine through.

I am essential.

Forgive yourself for the blindness that put you on the path of those who betrayed you.  Sometimes a good heart doesn't see the bad.

Sometimes there's no point trying to control things. You end up feeling stressed and in a panic and more out of control.

It's time for a nature camp revival. - Richard Louv

We are reminded how short life really is, and how we are just passing through.  So, all the people you haven't told you love lately, tell them, and live your days like you mean it. - Hal Sutton

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share!

  13. When we were young and in our early married life, we always watched two TV shows: "I Love Lucy," and "The Mary Tyler Moore" show. I'm suddenly very nostalgic and pine for the "good old days"! :)
